Refund Policy - the basics

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

 

Due to the intimate nature of waist beads, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any waist beads—custom or ready-made.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only offered if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item arrived damaged.

To request a refund, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item received

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Natural Gyal Waistbeads Boutique is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact your local postal service first.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
